You may return most new items within 7 days of delivery for store credit. We will also pay the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). After 7 days, we unfortunately do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returned items for store credit must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for store credit.

You should expect store credit within 30 days of your return being sent out. However in most cases store credit will be received sooner. This gives us time to receive and process the item being returned.
